REGULATION OF THE HEAD OF DRUG AND FOOD SUPERVISORY AGENCY CONCERNING OPERATIONAL DIRECTIVES FOR THE METHOD OF PRODUCING GOOD COSMETICS
To approve and enforce Regulation of the Head of Drug and Food Supervisory Agency concerning Operational Directives for the Method of Producing Good Cosmetics as intended in Attachment which is an integral part of this Regulation.
Cosmetic Industries and all parties related to the entry aspects and series of the process of making cosmetics shall refer to the Operational Directives for the Method of Producing Goods Cosmetics as intended in First dictum.
This Regulation shall come into force since the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, this regulation shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
